Dark Chocolate with Dried Orfe Pieces

Stonefish is a small family business, that catches and sells fish on a small island called Hiiumaa. Their products are mainly made from own caught fish, so after tasting cheese chocolate, the question was raised – why there is a cheese chocolate but no fish chocolate?

Ingredients: dark chocolate 90% (cocoa mass, sugar, reduced fat cocoa, emulsifier – soy lecithin, vanilla. (can contain milk in small amount), dried fish 10% (ide fillet, salt). Cocoa min 70,5% in chcocolate.
