Caramel Chocolate with Peanuts and Dried Pike Pieces

Stonefish is a small family business, that catches and sells fish on a small island called Hiiumaa. Their products are mainly made from own caught fish, so after tasting cheese chocolate, the question was raised – why there is a cheese chocolate but no fish chocolate?
Firstly they started looking for a chocolate master and after that began the testing period. Finally the decision was made and new fish chocolates were born – dark chocolate with dried orfe pieces and caramel chocolate with peanuts and dried pike pieces.

Ingredients: caramel chocolate 63% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk >powder , cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder , caramelized sugar, emulsifier soy lecithin, natural flavors , vanilla), salted peanuts 30% ( nuts , sunflower oil, salt) and dried fish 10% (pike fillet, salt). Cocoa content in chocolate min 31.2%.
