Andre’s Cheese Chocolate

Andre Farm is located in the parish of Kambja, at the borderline of Tartumaa (25 kilometers from Tartu). It’s a farm where cows are called Mummukesed (“Dotsies”), they’re caressed and meditated with. Cows care about the people here and the people do everything possible that the animals have a safe and secure environment.
Andre’s cheese chocolate consists of dark chocolate (70%) and pieces of Andre Grand Old cheese.

Ingredients: dark chocolate 85% (cocoa mass, sugar, reduced-fat cocoa, emulsifier – soy lecithin, natural flavor vanilla), Andre Grand Old cheese 15% ( whole cow’s milk , rennet, bacterial culture, salt). Cocoa content in chocolate min 70%.
